About this role
* We're looking for a highly skilled Business Developer to drive our strategic growth across major social media platforms.
As a Business Developer, you'll be responsible for identifying high-potential content channels, engaging with creators and channel owners, evaluating monetization opportunities, and structuring commercial partnerships that support our company's expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with the business objectives.
2. Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels.
3. Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners.
4. Onboard new partners (creators or channel owners) into the operational processes.
5. Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate company growth.
6. Collaborate closely with platform managers, data/strategy teams, and executive leadership to align business opportunities with strategic priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
* Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization.
* Genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms.
* Proven negotiation and deal-making abilities.
* Ability to craft compelling commercial offers and proposals.
* Strong autonomy, organization, and project management skills.
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment.
