The Specialty Care Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing support of I&I and HBU portfolios, including operational execution, implementation of the portfolio strategy, follow-up, internal coordination, alignment with enabling functions, and focus on specific projects.
Responsibilities:
* Support CBL and CBM in implementing portfolio strategies.
* Develop and execute brand plans with CBL and CBM, ensuring full accountability for implementation.
* Support projects within the category.
* Coordinate projects according to pre-defined action plans for regular events.
* Assist in developing educational and brand materials, working with Colab, Adobe Express, and local agencies.
* Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to obtain approvals for brand materials.
* Follow up on calendar initiatives and DME accomplishments.
* Ensure effective execution of plans and programs with available resources.
* Conduct data analytics on initiatives' performance, KPI impact, and DME investment efficiency.
* Support MAPP Navigator for the category and become an expert in MAPP and Speakers Program; work closely with the transaction center to ensure compliance and flawless event execution, including management of speakers in the official database.
* Coordinate logistics and content for BU meetings, field force POAs, team-building, and training activities.
Qualifications:
* Advanced English proficiency
* University degree
* 3+ years of professional experience in similar roles
