About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and assertive Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, making calls, and sending emails.
This is a challenging position that requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. As an SDR, you will take charge of managing a pipeline of daily activities, navigating gatekeepers, and setting appointments for our closers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and working with CRM systems. They will be able to handle objections professionally, follow a structured process, and ensure that all activities are tracked meticulously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make cold calls to facilities managers, navigating gatekeepers and targeting key decision-makers.
* Manage a high-volume pipeline, following up on leads and ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments.
* Deliver brief and impactful value propositions to prospects.
* Schedule appointments for the closing team and ensure timely follow-up on all activities.
* Track all interactions and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
* Handle objections in a professional manner, ensuring smooth and productive conversations.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong English communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
* Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and engage in back-and-forth dialogues with prospects.
* Experience with CRM or tracking systems to manage leads effectively.
* Reliability to commit to 40 hours per week.
