Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Ruby and Rails. They should have hands-on experience with Postgres and Redis, as well as expertise in web application development, including design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in software development.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).

* Deep experience in web application development: design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.
* Excellent communication skills.
