You will work directly with the investment team to translate trading ideas into production-ready systems and improve execution, risk management, and portfolio performance.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement quantitative trading models for BTC derivatives. Build and maintain production-grade systems (data pipelines, execution, monitoring) Develop and optimize strategies considering real market constraints (slippage, liquidity, funding, margin). Support portfolio monitoring and risk analysis (exposure, performance drivers). Improve existing models and infrastructure to increase reliability and execution quality.
