This is NOT a branding video role we’re talking scroll-stopping hooks, retention-driven pacing, and revenue-first editing.Compensation & Perks:Base Salary + Performance Bonus (Depending on experience and skillset)Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Flexible Schedule just a few hours overlap with EST is fine)Fully RemoteResources, trainings, and courses covered we invest in our people.What We're Looking For2+ years experience editing direct response video ads for DTC brandsPortfolio of paid ads you've edited (Meta, TikTok, YT Shorts — performance-focused)Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalentStrong understanding of performance editing — you know what makes a video convertExperience editing UGC-style content, influencer videos, and testimonial formatsAbility to follow creative briefs and storyboards, but also contribute your own ideasComfortable with iterating quickly based on feedback and performance dataClear communicator and proactive with timelinesBonus Points:Experience working with health & wellness or skincare brandsFamiliarity with tools like Frame.io, Slack, and NotionUnderstanding of hooks, angles, and stages of awarenessEditing for long-form VSLsWhat you'll be doing:Edit short-form performance videos (15–90 seconds) optimized for Meta and TikTokImplement scroll-stopping hooks, fast-paced edits, dynamic subtitles, and retention overlaysWork closely with our Creative Strategist and UGC Project Manager to execute on weekly ad briefsRepurpose UGC content, testimonials, and influencer clips into winning ad anglesApply performance data to iterate and improve ad creatives week over weekDeliver assets fast we move quickly and expect tight turnaround when neededHow to apply?Apply directly via LinkedInAttach your resume and portfolio of previous worksWe’re looking to hire immediately — so if you’re an editor who gets performance, we’d love to hear from you.
