**KAM - Vertical Markets**

**Key responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact with the account and keep in continual and clear communication with the account’s decision makers and thermo fisher team. Serve as the customer’s advocate within Thermo Fisher.
- Based on Healthcare GOALS, establish the Strategic Account Plan for each customer, supporting Divisional Sales teams with key initiatives and tactical plans for strong achievements and efficient execution.
- Identify Key Drivers and Decision-Making Processes to achieve the goals, by clear understanding of critical success factors and limitations.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships, at all levels within assigned accounts to influence purchasing decisions by effectively interacting with all relevant stakeholders to develop trustful relationship to convert opportunities into long term contracts
- Keep strong alignment with Divisional teams (Service / Sales / Customer Service / MKT) about the ThermoFisher priorities by customer and define a clear visits strategy to achieve the objectives by establishing periodical meetings with Sales teams to align the evolution of KPIs / Objectives and create action plans.
- Maintain and increase current customer database through Company customer relations management software (CRM). Ensuring the team to keep the client database updated.
- Monitor and ensure the contract execution, identifying trends and deviations, analyzing the overall impact on customer sales performance.
- Elaborate / Revise with Divisional Sales teams the stakeholder mapping - (Who, value proposition)

**Required qualifications**
- Health background degree, more than 7 years of experience in IVD or HealthCare market
- Proven experience in contract management with Big Accounts.
- Project management skills will be a plus.
- Organized, rigorous and independent with a spirit of initiative and acute business sense
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Strong financial mindset and Excel skills
- Robust sales skills (negotiation, communication,)
- Proficient with standard computer-based tools
- English, fluency advanced
- Spanish, fluency intermediate

**Note**
Probably and according to business needs, the scope of the role in midterm can be expanded to Latin America.
