Responsibilities
Provide expert review and validation of AI-assisted ECG reports, ensuring precise identification and classification of arrhythmias.
Guarantee diagnostic conclusions reflect the highest clinical standards, drawing on extensive knowledge to resolve complex or atypical cases.
Offer structured clinical feedback to AI and Diagnostic Services teams, supporting continuous improvement of algorithms and processes.
Guide and mentor peers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and shared clinical standards.
Participate in the creation, refinement, and application of diagnostic protocols that ensure consistent, reliable reporting across all service levels.
Serve as a trusted clinical point of contact for internal teams, clients, and strategic partners, contributing clarity and credibility to diagnostic discussions.
Contribute to quality audits, applying deep diagnostic insight to identify process enhancements.

Qualifications
Medical degree with active CRM registration in Brazil.
Cardiology specialization with significant experience in arrhythmology and ECG interpretation.
Extensive track record in clinical practice, ideally including management of complex arrhythmia cases and oversight of diagnostic services.
Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and openness to AI-assisted workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to transfer clinical expertise into process and technology improvements.
