Required Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
* Experience working with distributed, global teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to navigate complex project environments, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
