Loyalty Product Manager
We are seeking a skilled Loyalty Product Manager to drive the implementation of our Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
3. Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
4. Ensure seamless integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and maintain data governance best practices.
5. Foster agile ceremonies and facilitate timely, value-driven delivery that meets customer expectations.
Requirements
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM, with a strong understanding of Agile methodology.
* Strong grasp of Agile sprint management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms, with excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus, demonstrating expertise in Agile principles and practices.
