Job Description
We are seeking an External Salesperson with a proactive, communicative profile and experience in the automotive segment to work with the commercialization of car lubricants. The professional will be responsible for developing and expanding the customer portfolio, providing consultative and results-focused service.
Responsibilities
* Conduct external visits to workshops, auto centers, dealerships, gas stations, and distributors;
* Prospect new customers and identify business opportunities;
* Maintain relationships with the active customer portfolio, ensuring loyalty and customer satisfaction;
* Demonstrate products, presenting technical differentials and benefits;
* Monitor after-sales and ensure sales target compliance;
* Prepare visit, negotiation, and result reports;
* Act in accordance with the company's commercial policies and strategies;
* Monitor the market and competition, bringing insights and opportunities to the commercial team.
Requirements
* High school diploma (preferably higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related areas);
* Prior experience as an external salesperson, preferably in the automotive segment;
* Knowledge of lubricants and/or automotive products will be a differential;
* Driver's license category A or B and own vehicle;
* Negotiation, argumentation, and sales closing skills;
* Good communication, organization, and focus on results.
Differentials
* Experience with CRM and sales tools;
* Customer portfolio in the automotive sector;
* Technical knowledge of lubricant types and their applications.
