 
        
        Senior Internal Talent Advisor Role
We are seeking a seasoned internal talent expert to join our team in Brazil. As a strategic liaison between our clients and recruitment partners, you will require strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
Your background should include full-cycle recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing positions.
You will be responsible for:
 * Acting as the primary point of contact between our clients and recruitment delivery teams
 * BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS
 * Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery teams
 * Analyzing operational data to solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes
 * Influencing the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction
Requirements:
 * 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition
 * Previous experience in staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or talent consulting firms
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence
