And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.In this role you’ll make an impact by:Managing Strategic Accounts: Develop and implement strategies for designated key customers to expand demand, improve margin growth, and extend strategic partnershipsEstablishing trust, mutually beneficial, and long-term partnerships with customersSales and Revenue Growth: Driving profitable growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the opportunity pipeline, and converting leads into sales.Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities and develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectivesCollaborating with our technical services and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.Other tasks:Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry eventsCollaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and challenges.Potential collaboration with applied research and product development teams to create tailored solutions that meet client requirementsIndustrial/Technical background:Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Industry Knowledge: Experience in animal health, nutrition, or related fields.Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.Long-Term Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.Market Positioning: Identify and leverage market opportunities to position the company as a leader in the industry.Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.Expected educational background and years of experience:Degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field.Extensive experience in sales managementProven ability to develop key accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Demonstrated skills in driving revenue growth, commercial strategy execution, and effective forecasting.Years of relevant experience:Minimum 5-10Language requirements and proficiency level:Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish language is a plus.Personal/behavioral skills:Effective Communication: Clearly and persuasively conveying ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders. This includes active listening and tailoring messages to the audienceRelationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. This involves ongoing communication and recognizing client successesStrategic Thinking: Planning and executing long-term strategies that align with company goals and client needs. This includes analyzing market trends and understanding competitorsProblem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations and client satisfactionAdaptability: Adjusting strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and client needsEmotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions to build strong relationships and handle conflicts effectivelySales Acumen: Driving sales by understanding the sales process, identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing dealsSelf-driven and add focus on execution, follow up and deliveringCould our purpose be yours?
