Cloud Taxation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cloud Taxation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting cloud-based taxation systems for clients in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud implementations and support, with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud tax configuration, calculation, and management. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and configure Oracle Cloud TAX for Brazil localization
* Configure, calculate, and manage required company registration numbers
* Provide issue resolution and fix services for Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
* Collaborate with users to understand issues and work with Oracle on Service requests
* Work with Global Support team located in India to resolve issues smoothly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
* Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities
* Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloud
