The Business Analyst – Product Designer plays a vital role in the design team, collaborating with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver feature enhancements for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
This role focuses on Service Sales CRM solutions but also offers exposure to enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with stakeholders.
* Document detailed functional design specifications.
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review designs and estimate effort.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Presentation of live product demonstrations and preparation of release notes.
* Support for sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives.
* Contribution to change management through documentation and training.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods and writing user stories.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales preferred) and cloud-based solutions.
