We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management to support relocation and on-boarding.Our clients are in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in multiple countries. You will be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope’s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related inquiries.Collaborate with a competent global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden.Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles in target markets.Partner with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and related fields.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Resilient and persistent, with the capacity to take a ‘no’ as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.Extents & DurationStart ASAP.Full time.
