Supervisor, Marketing – The Walt Disney Company
We’re looking for a Marketing Supervisor to join our team based in São Paulo. In this role you will supervise the implementation of strategic, marketing, and communication plans for the Marvel and Star Wars franchises within Consumer Products, Games & Publishing. By collaborating with internal teams (category, retail, creative, integrated marketing, Studios, Disney+, etc.) and external partners (licensees and retailers), you will help ensure efficient execution of the plans, drive product visibility and sales, and appropriately position our brands to consumers.
Responsibilities
Develop 360° communication strategies and campaigns for Marvel and Star Wars franchises and products.
Oversee agencies in the development of online, offline, and event campaigns.
Coordinate with other company departments (Studios, Disney+, Integrated Marketing, Events, etc.) to ensure strategic and communication plan synergy.
Measure campaign and project results through post‑mortem reports, ensuring the implementation of optimizations for future campaigns.
Manage budget control.
Lead and develop a coordinator and a junior apprentice.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience as a coordinator or supervisor in Marketing and Communication areas, preferably in the consumer goods, entertainment, or communication agency sectors.
Proven experience managing logistics, budgets, and multiple production teams.
Strong understanding of the business and the ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.
Languages: Portuguese – Native/Bilingual; English – Bilingual; Spanish – Intermediate.
