Role Description
In this role, you will work directly with some of the most experienced and highly renowned bankers in the world's most important and disruptive sector — technology — supporting and executing high-profile M&A and private capital raise transactions.
You will be a key part of small client teams delivering the highest quality work product and outcomes to some of the most prominent technology companies in the world.
We are not a 9-to-5 firm, we work late hours and weekends.

This is a front-office position that is fully remote, and requires close collaboration with our U.S., Caribbean, LatAm and other team members across the globe.

Core Qualifications
Professional fluency in English
3+ years' front-office investment banking or equivalent deal experience
Excellent analytical, financial modeling and critical thinking skills
Strong work ethic communication, presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving goals
Client-facing presence: clear communicator in meetings, capable of delivering senior-level updates and recommendations
Demonstrated ability to mentor and review analysts' work, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
Bachelors and or/master's degree in an analytical field from a reputed college
Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients between senior banker interactions, proactively addressing inquiries and managing expectations
Team Development & Quality Control
Supervise, train, and review the work of junior analysts; establish and enforce best practices for modeling, research, and presentation standards
Transaction Leadership & Execution
Own deal workstreams from pitching through closing, coordinating across legal, accounting, tax, and advisory teams
Lead the preparation of transaction documents—confidentiality agreements, term sheets, purchase agreements, and investor presentations
Advanced Financial Modeling & Analysis
Analyze and organize significant amounts of unstructured data to develop a coherent financial understanding of clients, the mechanics of their businesses and their historical performance
Build from scratch and refine complex financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, etc.)
to assess various capital structures, debt instruments, and valuation scenarios.
Develop strategic recommendations and support for creative transaction structured outputs and strategic insights directly to deal sponsors and C-suite leadership
Pitchbook & Presentation Development
Craft high-impact pitch materials and management presentations, presenting complex financial data in an accessible and visually engaging format.
Continuously update standard client-facing materials with new market insights, recent transaction benchmarks, and emerging sector opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Monitor industry developments, transaction multiples, and competitor activity; translate insights into client-ready market briefs
Contribute to firm-wide knowledge resources: build and maintain sector-specific databases and thematic research
Process Improvement
Identify and implement efficiencies in workflow, documentation, and data management—leveraging technology where possible
Co-lead initiatives to standardize templates, automate reporting, and enhance cross-border collaboration
