Responsibilities:
* Develop an effective sales plan tailored to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Focus on rapidly expanding business in assigned accounts.
* Act as the primary interface between customers and relevant divisions.
* Stay up-to-date with current products and services offered by the company.
* Utilize Salesforce.com to track client-related information and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
* A background in life science (biology or genetics) is required; advanced degrees are encouraged.
* Prior experience in sales and account management in bi-tech or related fields is beneficial.
* A working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology is essential.
* A strong network within assigned accounts is desirable.
* The ideal candidate must be independent, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
* Experience with SFDC or other CRM software is advantageous.
* Fluency in English is required.
* The position requires residence in Brazil, with occasional travel within the country possible.
