Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience in process engineering, including analysis and optimization of production processes.
* Project management experience.
* Proficiency in process engineering software.
* Familiarity with CAD and AutoCAD.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Focus on continuous improvement and best practices implementation.
