Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our fast-growing team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in shaping our business decisions with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets. You should be able to build and maintain complex dashboards, identify trends, and communicate your findings effectively to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience as a Business Insights Analyst * Strong SQL skills with expertise in database management systems * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis * A plus if you have experience with AI automations such as ChatGPT or Claude, Gemini or n8n etc., ecommerce or DTC experience is preferred too You should be comfortable communicating insights in English. Bonus points if you have Python skills or knowledge of BI tools like Looker or Tableau!
