International Marketing Specialist | Remote

Your Responsibilities
Support end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns
Assist in organizing scopes, timelines, and KPIs
Update and manage project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello)
Coordinate communication between designers, copywriters, media buyers, and developers
Ensure organization of briefings, assets, and documentation
Track creative deliverables and deadlines
Collect and organize campaign performance metrics (paid media, social, email, SEO)
Support KPI analysis and performance reporting
Identify potential operational risks and escalate when necessary
Participate in internal meetings and, when needed, client calls
Prepare summaries and follow-ups to ensure team alignment
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or agency environment
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with project management tools
Functional knowledge of digital channels (social, paid media, email, SEO, landing pages)
Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments
Nice to Have
Previous experience in agencies or startups
Experience working with international clients
Knowledge of dashboards and performance reporting
Certifications in digital marketing or project management
