Product Design Visionary
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the core product experience from the ground up. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with medical professionals to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
You will translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Your ability to iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders will be crucial in driving positive reviews for the hospital.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes. They should thrive in ambiguity and iteration, and be able to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ownership mentality are essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency with advanced prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc., is required.
