Agile Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our project. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and supporting one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and familiarity with SAFe practices. They will also have experience working with distributed global teams and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
- Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
- Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
- Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
- Familiarity with SAFe practices and certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.

Work Arrangements
This is a remote opportunity that requires occasional travel to client sites within North America, Europe and Asia. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working effectively in a remote environment and collaborating with teams across multiple regions.
