Job Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling products to new and existing customers, as well as developing a pipeline to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing effective opportunity and account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
* Establishing and maintaining key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts
* Delivering overviews, presentations, and coordinating high-level functional product demonstrations to new and existing accounts
* Participating in the development of the assigned region, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
* Supporting all company promotions and events in the assigned region
* Maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.com
* Staying current with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with prospects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Achieving or exceeding quota targets
* Developing and articulating business value to prospects
* Gathering prospects' needs and understanding their initiatives as they relate to the solution
* Documenting all activity related to accounts using Salesforce.com
* Identifying and nurturing opportunities for company solutions by cold calling into targeted companies and following up with leads
* Generating a sufficient number of new opportunities per month
* Working in coordination with Account Executives to target high-value prospects in assigned territory
