Senior Project Director will oversee the development of application software within an Agile Scrum environment. Key areas of expertise include project management, team leadership, and business analysis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts. Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics is essential.
A strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams are also required.
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration, and at least 8 years of experience in IT project management.
