 
        
        We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. This role is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate will have advanced verbal and written English skills, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and 0-2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound sales or new business development.
As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches and ensure successful follow-through of sales cycles. Your responsibilities will include:
 * Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
 * Responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams by setting appointments
 * Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
 * Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
 * Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
 * Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
