Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized, analytical and collaborative individual with experience on management of Consumer Law issues/projects and interest in working closely with business areas.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement legal guidelines to strengthen preventive actions, focusing on risk reduction and improving the customer experience.
* Plan, monitor and report on initiatives within the area, with direct interaction with internal departments.
* Draft, review, and update contracts, terms of use, customer service policies, and other documents related to the consumer journey.
* Collaborate with internal areas to ensure compliance and alignment of commercial practices with consumer protection legislation.
* Manage workflows and tasks within the system, promoting control, automation, and standardization of legal processes.
* Supervise and guide strategic legal actions/lawsuits/claims related to Consumer Law.
* Provide technical support to legal team and partner law firms on Consumer Law matters .
Background & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB registration.
* Previous experience with mass litigation and strategic lawsuits in Consumer Law.
* Knowledge in project management or integrated work with business areas.
* Analytical, proactive, and collaborative profile.
* Good communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
* Critical analysis skills and focus on solutions.
* Strong communication and articulation skills with different areas.
* Proactiveness to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
* Organization to handle simultaneous demands.
* Specialization in Consumer Law or related fields will be a plus.
* Familiarity with legal systems (such as NetLex, Projuris, etc.) is a plus.
* Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
