Senior Supply Planner Location: Sao Paulo, BrazilPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Supply Planner to support supply planning activities. This role is responsible for executing supply plans, managing inventory, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. While this position does not have direct reports, it plays a critical role in driving planning accuracy and supporting broader supply chain goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Plan Execution: Support the development and execution of supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules.Purchasing: Develop and execution of ZFIN supply plans and purchase execution; manage communication with international suppliers Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.Capacity Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure supply readiness and resolve capacity constraints.Cross-functional Support: Work closely with brand, demand planning, procurement, and regional teams to align supply activities with business needs.Innovation: Support innovation and product launch activities by aligning supply plans with new product introductions and timelines.Portfolio Management: Oversee SKU lifecycle management, including product exits, dispositions, rework opportunities and both ZFIN / ZSAS material status to maintain accurate inventory profiles and product line alignment.S&OP: Support successful execution of S&OP initiatives in Brazil by partnering with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of S&OP cyclesData Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare content and present to support decision-making within S&OP meetings.Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving supply disruptions and delays, escalating issues as needed to maintain service levels.Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving planning processes, system utilization, and operational efficiencyKey Performance MetricsInventory Health: Ratio of productive vs. non-productive inventory.Service Level Achievement: 95% of orders fulfilled on timeSupply Plan Adherence: 82% of planned orders executed within the scheduled month.Capacity Utilization: Manufacturing capacity effectively used and prebuild requirements identified and monitored monthlyPortfolio Management: Achieve targeted YE Active SKU count, as well as, exiting identified SKUs by target dateKey Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply planning or related roles, preferably within a branded product environment.Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in advanced Microsoft Excel formulas and familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle).Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.Communication: Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organizational skills.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% annually, potentially including international locations.Career DevelopmentAs a Senior Supply Planner, you will have opportunities to expand your expertise in global supply chain operations, planning systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
