The Role

We are looking for a Product-Led Marketing & Digital Funnels Manager to own and scale customer acquisition through paid media, webinars, and product-driven marketing funnels for our K-12 solutions.


This role is responsible for building and optimizing full-funnel digital programs from ads to webinars to product demos that generate qualified pipeline and revenue. You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and digital growth, turning interest into engaged prospects and customers through high-performing funnel systems.


Responsibilities

* Own paid ads strategy across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting to drive qualified leads
* Manage and scale webinar programs from promotion through follow-up and conversion
* Build and optimize digital funnels from ad to landing page to demo or sales opportunity
* Create and improve landing pages, email nurture sequences, and conversion paths
* Track and optimize funnel performance including conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline generated
* Run A/B tests and scale campaigns that consistently generate pipeline


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, or funnel management, preferably in K-12, EdTech, or SaaS
* Proven experience running paid ads, webinars, and digital funnel programs that generate pipeline
* Strong understanding of product-led marketing and multi-touch buyer journeys
* Experience with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
* Analytical and results-driven with a focus on conversion and revenue metrics
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
