As an IT Solution Specialist, you will be the global technical expert supporting end-user compute solutions, ensuring their integration and evolution across the company landscape. You will be responsible for managing enhancements, support, and the overall lifecycle of several IT solutions within End-User Services.
Your Missions:
* Act as primary Level 2 support for incidents, request fulfillment, problems, and changes
* Develop and maintain Level 1 & Level 2 solution documentation
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and run books
* Deploy applications and updates via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune/Endpoint Management portal, and Cloud Management Gateway
* Configure Intune/Endpoint device profiles, conditional access policies, and mobile application management
* Ensure support structure alignment with Service Delivery Managers and maintain solution KPIs
* Participate in operational meetings with service partners and regional peers
Your Profile:
* Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting end-user compute environments
* IT Service Desk/Helpdesk role
* Creating and packaging applications for SCCM and Intune
* Intune administration: Mobile Device Management, Autopilot, troubleshooting, device configuration profiles, conditional access policies
* Experience with PowerShell scripting
* Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
