Unlock Customer Success Opportunities
CAS seeks an independent consultant to deliver services combining customer success expertise with business development activities.
Key Deliveries:
* Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions for CAS users.
* Guide customers in realizing the full value of CAS solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Business Development:
* IDentify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
Strategic Communication:
* Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of CAS solutions.
* Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
* Represent CAS at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
Reporting & Documentation:
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
