Job Summary:
This role involves leading UAT activities for import/export processes, collaborating with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with global trade compliance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or support UAT activities for import/export processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with Client's global trade compliance and operational requirements.
• Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes.
• Document test results and escalate issues for resolution.
• If required, backfill operational tasks in Import/Export to maintain business continuity during project phases.
Required Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in import/export processes, customs documentation, trade compliance, shipping requirements. Proficiency in SAP modules related to global trade logistics is also required. Additionally the candidate should be familiar with UAT methodologies & tools (e.g., JIRA), possess excellent communication skills & stakeholder engagement skills.
