Job Title: Import/Export Lead (LATAM)
As an Import/Export Lead (LATAM), you will be responsible for leading or supporting UAT activities for import/export processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management. You will collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with global trade compliance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute UAT activities for import/export processes
• Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with global trade compliance and operational requirements
• Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes
• Document test results and escalate issues for resolution
• Backfill operational tasks in import/export to maintain business continuity during project phases as needed • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into a business context • Ensure compliance with testing standards and governance
Required Skills & Experience
* Familiarity with SAP modules related to global trade logistics.
