At our organization, we are expanding our portfolio of key accounts and seeking a highly skilled professional to lead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional results.
 * Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for multi-account portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client delivery and engagement leadership, with a proven track record of partnering with sales teams to drive growth and enhance client value. They should be proficient in launching AI-enabled initiatives, with hands-on experience in readiness pilots, productionization, and familiarity with AI-SDLC practices.
What You Bring
 * 10+ years of leadership experience in client delivery and engagement within digital engineering or consulting.
 * Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in SoWs, renewals, change control, and CXO stakeholder management.
 * Fluency with delivery/PSA and reporting tools, such as Power BI or similar software.
