Business Process Improvement Specialist

* Key Responsibilities:
* - Deliver business value through effective process improvement initiatives.
* - Utilize agile methods to drive project success.
* - Create test cases and validate functional requirements.
* - Possess advanced English language skills.
* - Apply Agile Methodology (Scrum)
You will work on eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping processes, defining acceptance criteria, taking on the QA role in the final phase to ensure delivery meets business requirements. Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Map the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry points (app) and output (EDI). Document integrations, data formats, and business rules. Define metrics and success criteria for the PoC. Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase. Report defects and follow up on corrections with the technical team.
