Overview of the role
The Young Professional – IT Recruiter position focuses on launching your career in talent acquisition within a global tech company. This role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and developing sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters. You'll participate in the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination while building talent pipelines and collaborating with hiring teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
- Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
- Collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
- Career Interest: Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Professional Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Core Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
