Key Responsibilities:
* Create a strategic plan for our client base, focusing on customer satisfaction and success
* Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with the tech and startup community, establishing a strong network and brand presence
* Identify and acquire new employers searching for tech talent, generating leads and expanding our client base
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and community building
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or a related field
* Strong network and understanding of the HR/Recruiting industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Fuency in English (spoken, listening and written)
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long term, with a focus on expanding our client base
* Ability to think critically and strategically, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Flair for sales and negotiation, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles
* Resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle rejection and adapt to changing circumstances
