Onsite IT Support Engineer Job
We are seeking an experienced onsite IT support engineer to join our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Provide on-site technical support for computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
* - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills:
* - Basic knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points preferably CISCO and Riverbed.
* - Understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs.
* - Ability to patch phone ports to switches as needed.
* - Basic troubleshooting skills for Avaya.
