Project Overview
A small team of expert-level engineers is required to deliver multiple new services for a front-office solution at a top-tier hedge fund. You will have full decision-making power to influence the architecture and delivery process.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with portfolio managers and external teams
* Derive requirements and match them with architectural solutions
* Develop, test, and deploy applications
* Provide level 3 support for end-users and business stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English and exceptional communication skills
* Expertise in computer science, algorithms, data structures, OOD, and design patterns
* Proficiency in C#/.Net backend development
* Hands-on experience with distributed and high-performance systems architecture
* Experience with Confluent Kafka
* Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and scaling
* A collaborative and engaging personality, contributing positively to our team culture
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with Azure
* Background in investment finance
