Responsibilities
* Identify and engage IT engineers for open positions in Sweden.
* Build trust with candidates considering relocation to Sweden.
* Coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery management team.
* Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Collaborate with a global recruitment team across multiple countries.
* Support and arrange visa, work permits, housing, travel, and related logistics for employees.
Requirements / Qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
* Solid network of local IT engineering talent.
* Service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
* High quality and brand awareness.
* Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
* Upper intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
* Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
* Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and proactive.
* Resilient with the ability to handle setbacks and stay motivated.
* Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
* Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Offer / Details
* Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
* Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
* Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
* Remuneration: starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
* Benefits: 20 paid vacation days; paid travel, housing, and per diem; free national holidays with maintained payment.
* Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
