Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and take on a key role in ensuring the seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns.
* Fundamental Responsibilities:
o Client Relationship Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with teams and clients to ensure campaign goals are met.
o Campaign Success Ownership: Take charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
o Support for Media Buyers: Provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for client triumphs.
o Portfolio Growth: Work on creating a good relationship with clients to grow their portfolio with us via upsells.
o Client Retention: One of the main responsibilities for this role is to ensure client satisfaction so they keep working with us.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* +1 years as an Account Manager in agencies demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction and having experience working with at least 10 accounts.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all client needs are met timely.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English: Capable of leading client meetings and discussions with ease.
