What you'll do
* Drive user growth across Brazil focusing on downloads, DAU, and trading volumes.
* Manage local partners — including part-timers, moderators, ambassadors, and community agencies — to ensure effective regional execution.
* Develop and implement localized growth strategies, adapting global campaigns to fit local user behavior.
* Build partnerships with communities, influencers, and Web3 projects to expand Bitget Wallet’s reach.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Operations, BD, and Community to align regional initiatives with global goals.
* Analyze user data and market trends to identify scalable growth opportunities.
* Recruit and manage affiliates (KOLs, traders, communities).
* Drive DAU and transaction volume via referral/rebate funnels.
* Plan local events, campaigns, and online activations;
manage our local moderators to help with executions.
* Promote wallet features (swap, perp, gas tools).
* Work with our marketing team to host AMAs, meetups, Twitter Spaces.
* Track performance using on-chain tools and present to management team.
What you'll need
* Proven experience in user growth, marketing, or operations within Web3 or fintech.
* Ability to lead distributed local teams and deliver results through remote collaboration.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience;
being Web3-native or active in crypto communities is a plus.
* Experience in emerging markets is a strong advantage.
* Flexible location — open to remote or hybrid arrangements.
* Strong DeFi knowledge (swap + perp DEX: GMX, Lyra, Uniswap, etc.)
* Affiliate experience (operated or joined affiliate programs)
* Experience with campaign tools and local collaborations
