Requirements:
* Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, debugging, version control).
Python development with focus on:
* Writing and consuming REST API clients;
* Data transformation and ETL-style workflows.
Databricks:
* Ability to read/write data into/out of the Databricks platform and tables;
* Familiarity with Delta tables and basic Spark operations.
Integration skills:
* Experience building POCs for 3rd-party APIs/tools (e.g., Adjust, attribution/analytics platforms);
* Building lightweight Slack integrations/bots (posting results, triggers, etc.).
Martech/Analytics Context:
* Familiarity with event collection and tracking pipelines (understanding events, properties, schemas);
* Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs) or marketing attribution tools (Adjust, Segment, Braze, etc.);
* Familiarity with how to move/align results back into data platforms (Databricks in this case).
Collaboration / Process Skills:
* Comfortable in POC/bootstrapping mode—scrappy testing, iterating, then handing off;
* Strong communication to document findings and next steps for event usage and integration.
Nice-to-Haves:
* UI development experience (basic dashboards, web apps, internal tools);
* Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing pipelines).
Language proficiency:
* English – Upper-Intermediate (B2)
