Growth Marketer – Part‑Time (Potential to become Head of Marketing)
Hi, my name is Lena, founder of Go! Running Tours. We’re a global running company looking for a Growth Marketer to own all marketing activities for our B2C and B2B clients.
Our markets are expanding rapidly (some by 100+%). We need an analytical, structured marketer with creative copy skills who can discover new channels and markets.
Responsibilities
Strategize and execute email marketing (newsletters, automations, flows) for B2C & B2B audiences.
Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and scaling successful initiatives.
Research new tech, trends, and growth opportunities; test campaigns in a city and scale across destinations.
Build case studies, explore sponsorships, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and companies.
Collaborate closely with the founder and remote team, providing deep‑work output and minimal internal meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in growth marketing or digital advertising.
Data‑driven mindset: fluency in email analytics, automation, and performance optimisation.
Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to execute fast‑paced initiatives.
Knowledge of B2C/B2B marketing in the travel or running industry is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
USD 1,400 /month for 25 hrs/week (part‑time). Managed via Upwork. Work remotely with only 2–3 internal meetings per week.
