This position requires a highly motivated and passionate individual who can work closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.
Key objectives include internal team coordination, resource planning and execution, organization and internal communication, and maintaining accurate task trackers and teamwork spaces.
We are looking for an individual with excellent time management skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Background in marketing is a must, and experience in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
