The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Cybersecurity team you will lead the deployment and management of CyberArk's privileged access management solutions across regional member firms. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling intricate tasks and conducting in-depth analyzes to support specific projects that drive benefit for our clients and contribute to the team's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and oversight of CyberArk's privileged access management solutions
- Drive the adoption of privileged access management practices across regional firms
- Serve as the primary communication point for stakeholders and team members
- Facilitate seamless integration of solutions across different territories
- Analyze and document business requirements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Manage and update documentation and reporting processes
- Oversee updates to SharePoint and ServiceNow platforms
- Conduct thorough analyzes to support project objectives
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or identity management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in CyberArk or other PAM solutions preferred
- Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
- Problem-solving skills with experience in change management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
