* Gather and document business requirements: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation.
* Business process analysis: Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Solution design & configuration: Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports by collecting and analyzing business data.
* Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
Skills:
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Effective oral and written communication.
