Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead
Overview
The role of an Agile Delivery Lead is to facilitate and guide cross-functional teams through complex initiatives, ensuring timely alignment and transparent communication across all levels.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with purpose and discipline, enabling teams to maintain steady progress and high productivity.
* Coach teams in agile principles and practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Act as a liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
* Guide cross-functional teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery.
* Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog for clarity and readiness.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights.
* Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and team dynamics with a proactive approach.
Requirements:
* Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) highly preferred.
* 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments.
* Proven success facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives.
* Strong background in hybrid delivery environments integrating Agile and traditional practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and external partners.
