Product Design Strong visual and interaction design skills with an acute attention to detail Ability to assess the right fidelity required for an artifact or deliverable (e.g., sketch, flow diagram, lo-fidelity prototype, hi-fidelity visual design) Comfortable working with established design systems and proposing new patterns and components when necessary Develops design strategy for a given solution alongside product managers and commercial leads User Research Comfortable leading or supporting research activities like interviews and usability testing Comfortable synthesizing and summarizing research findings (with guidance from UX Researchers) and presenting them to the team Can connect findings, user outcomes, and customer value to UX deliverables and shipped work Creative Problem-Solving Involves customers and subject-matter experts in product innovation Comfortable leading workshops and discussions to engage partners and create alignment Can challenge the status-quo with confidence and respect Demonstrates energy and vision when driving new ideas forward Seeks regular feedback and applies new ideas and perspectives to their approach Tools & Frameworks Fluent with design tools like Figma and Miro Familiar with frameworks like Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Lean UX, etc. Comfortable defining and delivering UX work inside Agile processes
